The Multi-Use Recreation Complex (MURC) opened in March 2024 as one of the most significant capital projects in the Town of Georgina’s history. Designed to bring the community together, this state-of-the-art facility offers inclusive programs and activities for residents of all ages and abilities — from aquatics and fitness to recreation and events.

To complement the building’s modern amenities and commitment to public wellness, the Town selected the Sloan DropSpot™ DRS110 on-wall bottle filler, a touch-free, high-performance hydration solution designed for durability and accessibility.

The DropSpot’s sensor-activated, hands-free operation ensures quick, sanitary refills with a 20-second max run time and up to 1.2 gpm fill rate, providing clean, cold, and efficient hydration throughout the complex. Its LED-illuminated fill area, antimicrobial components, and bottle counter display further enhance the user experience — helping track both water consumption and plastic waste reduction.
