Project Highlight: BC Cancer – Vancouver Centre

Improving the patient and staff experience starts with the details—especially in high-use clinical spaces. At BC Cancer Vancouver, a custom Sloan DSG-83000-AB sink system was selected to resolve ongoing water-pooling issues tied to the existing countertop configuration.

This solution was engineered specifically for the site: a redesigned solid-surface sink paired with custom back panels, allowing the facility to upgrade performance without the need for retiling or major reconstruction. The result is a cleaner, safer, and more hygienic washroom environment that complements the centre’s commitment to patient care.

This installation marks the second property in the BC Cancer network to adopt the DSG Series—reflecting a growing standard for durability, infection-control-friendly design, and long-term reliability.
