Look for the blue chat bubble in the lower right hand corner of our homepage. Once you click on this an instant messaging window will pop up, allowing you to engage with a Member of our Customer Service team. This is a great way to get instant access to price, availability, lead times, technical info, troubleshooting and more. We will have multiple reps logged in at all times during regular business hours, for afterhours support a ticket will be generated and a response issued at the start of the next business day. We’re excited about this new feature and hope our customers will find value in an improved, fast and seamless customer service experience with Dobbin.
